Favorite things

 I introduce my favorite things.




My favorite rice cracker is ''Yamagata Sarada-Sen''. This rice cracker is made with 100% rice from Yamagata prefecture. When I ate this rice cracker, I was surprised by the deliciousness. It looks the same as other rice crackers, but the texture is different. Rice crackers are generally hard. However, this rice cracker is not hard and crispy as if it contains air inside. I was impressed by this texture and loved it. And other rice crackers were not enough. If  you ever come to Yamagata, please try it!





My favorite K-pop idol is TREASURE. My mother is also addicted to TREASURE. The other day,  live performance in Japan was announced, and I applied immediately! I'm really looking forward to it now!

High school soccer

Today, I went to Saitama Prefecture to watch high school soccer. My brother belongs to Yamagata Meisei high school soccer club. Yamagata Meisei high school participated in this year's National High School Soccer Championships for the first time as a representative of Yamagata Prefecture. We lost 0-4, but it was very good game! I would love to see them compete again next year and get past the first round, and I would love to see my brother compete as well!

Introduction Do you all know the local dish of Yamagata Imoni? It is a soup with taro as the main vegetable. It is said that Imoni originated in the mid-1600s. At that time, goods were transported by boat on the Mogami River. Boatmen sometimes had to wait for days until the recipients arrived. There was a village near the landing place where taro was a specialty. It is said that the origin of Imoni is that the taro and the codfish were boiled in a pot, and then enjoyed together on the riverbank to relieve the boredom of the day. I love Imoni. My cooking skil

When I entered university, I started living alone. I haven't cooked much until now. However, I started to cook because I lived in alone.  I love the French toast my mother makes, and I always asked my mother to make it at my parents’ house. Now, I’m practicing to get close to my mother’s it. On days when there is a class from the second period, I make a Obento. There are few kinds of side dishes and there are many frozen foods, but I’m working hard to make it a more colorful Obento.
